Network Services Our general support hours are 9AM - 6PM Monday-Friday, except holidays. Network support agreements include defined response times for remote assistance and on-site visits during business and non-business hours. To find out more or confirm your agreement with the NetCentrics, please contact us via your defined customer support email address or the number below.
Log into the Client Portal for information about your network, configuration, service patches, helpful hints and tricks and billing information.
Packaged Productivity Software You will receive at a minimum an acknowledgement of our receipt of your request, a subsequent initial evaluation, and a followup with information on the final dispensation of the issue.
